Unprofessional and hertless staff and Dr

Very rude receptionist with a stinking attitude imagine telling a paying client that they want clients with medical aid after making about 5 payments at the clinic why was it not saud from the beginning?? Also there is a rude and heartless Dr who has no mercy on patients imagine refusing to give a patient you are unable to help their medical records or a transfere letter to another institution and when confronted they **** and said they never said that how pathetic. After that they take you from pillar to post to get the letter. I would never ever recommend anyone to this hospital rather go you other hospitals or try steve bike breast clinic.
