They Are Scammers - Non-Existent Service

I booked a courier to pick up a package and made a mistake in the address so cancelled the request thinking they will just refund the R150 - they did not. Now I'm R300 in the hole and these aholes won't refund me and there's no way to contact them.

They are scammers, please stay away.
