Bad connection and poor prices.

I have been extremely patient with One Mile Telecoms, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The internet lags constantly, making it difficult to accomplish even the simplest online tasks. On numerous occasions, the network doesn't even show up on the WiFi list, leaving me without any connection. What is particularly concerning is the pricing. One Mile Telecoms charges around R780 for a 20 Mbps line, which is not competitive at all. Other providers offer a 200 Mbps line for just R900. The disparity in value is stark, and One Mile Telecoms' service is simply not worth the cost. The most frustrating part is that our complex only allows One Mile Telecoms as the service provider, leaving us with no choice but to endure this subpar service. I sincerely hope that the management of One Mile Telecoms addresses these issues promptly to provide a service that matches its pricing and the expectations of its users.
