I strongly regret engaging with this company. From the beginning, the first thing they insist on is transferring all your profiles (SARS, Xero, and Payroll) to them. Once they have full control, you no longer have proper access or transparency over your own business accounts.
After the transfer, the service promised is simply not delivered. Communication is almost non-existent. When you follow up, you’re told your assigned consultant has “left,” with no proper handover, no accountability, and no continuity of service.
In December, they pressure you to file based on estimates because they want to close early, without considering your company’s actual financial position or values. This puts your business at risk.
Their billing practices are even worse. You are told you will pay 1% of turnover, but you end up paying more than 5%. They overcharge without rendering proper service. They issue multiple invoices in the same month and later claim it’s an “adjustment” because the first invoice was based on an average and not actual income received. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
When you try to terminate the Service Level Agreement, they demand additional payments and withhold access to your SARS, Xero, and Payroll profiles, effectively holding your business hostage and placing you at risk of non-compliance.
This experience has caused financial strain and unnecessary stress to my business. I would strongly caution other business owners to think carefully before signing any agreement with them.
