We hired One Stop Electrical and Plumbing after they sent us a quotation for the required work to fix a geyer issue, which we accepted with guarantee. They completed the job and stated that it came with a three-month warranty. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted about a day or two, and the original problem returned almost immediately.

Since then, we have repeatedly tried to contact them to come back and honor their warranty, but we’ve had no success. For weeks we’ve been given excuses and the same run-around, with no follow-through and no return visits. At this point, they have not honored the warranty at all, and we are left out of pocket after paying a significant amount for what turned out to be a very short-term fix.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company if you expect reliable workmanship or warranty support.(Thabo Mphuthi)
