I placed an order with Herbalife in December, and the delivery took an unreasonably long time. Before leaving the country, I was contacted by their courier team and explicitly informed them of a specific date on which the order should be delivered. Despite this, the order was not delivered as agreed and was instead returned to Herbalife. I then contacted Herbalife to arrange for the order to be sent back to me and to understand why it was not delivered on the requested date. Communication was very slow, and it took a long time to receive responses. When I eventually did, i was told some items were now out of stock, how as the order was ready to be delivered already packaged? This explanation does not make sense. The items only went out of stock in January, whereas my order was placed and paid for in December. This strongly suggests that my already-paid-for items were reassigned or sold to someone who placed an order later, and this was not communicated honestly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. There was poor communication, no accountability, and ultimately no resolution. This experience has significantly affected my trust in Herbalife as a business.
So disappointed in TakeAlot decline in service I made an order which was returned next day, to my surprise return declined as the max days for return elapsed? how. contacted takealot and oh they had already sent back the item but once I receive it I should send back to them. Didn't receive the item, takealot confirmed with courier tracker it never reached me. 2 weeks later they are still trying to track down the item they sent to me with their courier, no refund and agents have disappeared. Does anyone know of takealot contacts to escalate please so exhausted!😩😤 All I want is my money back so I can take my business to Amazon, TakeAlot not what it use to be
Do not sell from BOB shop not sure if its change of management but you will regret you and all your hard earned money
We hired One Stop Electrical and Plumbing after they sent us a quotation for the required work to fix a geyer issue, which we accepted with guarantee. They completed the job and stated that it came with a three-month warranty. Unfortunately, the repair only lasted about a day or two, and the original problem returned almost immediately. Since then, we have repeatedly tried to contact them to come back and honor their warranty, but we’ve had no success. For weeks we’ve been given excuses and the same run-around, with no follow-through and no return visits. At this point, they have not honored the warranty at all, and we are left out of pocket after paying a significant amount for what turned out to be a very short-term fix. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company if you expect reliable workmanship or warranty support.(Thabo Mphuthi)
I honestly regret ordering from Lensmart. They proudly promise that manufacturing your glasses takes 3–5 working days — but that’s a blatant lie. It’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting for my order. When I finally reached out, they claimed, “Oh, we found your lenses were faulty and didn’t meet quality standards, so we’re remaking them.” I asked when they discovered this — the first week, second, third, or fourth? No one could give me an answer. Instead, I got vague apologies and another promise to “expedite the process.” That was another week ago, and still nothing has arrived. To make matters worse, when I asked them to expedite shipping (since they were already three weeks late on their own timeline), they told me I’d have to pay extra. Unbelievable. It’s clear that Lensmart only prioritizes first-time buyers. Once they’ve got your money, repeat customers mean nothing to them. There’s no loyalty, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility. If this is your first order, run and don’t look back — because after that, you’ll be stuck in the same endless waiting game I’m in now. ****.
Tried out MrD food, rather stick to Ubereats. They deducted R1K+ from my account when I called they told me order was declined they didnt recieve order at all. Some kind of glitch on their side as the order disapeared but my money wasnt returned. very shady
Very rude and unreasonable in their dealings would not recommend
