Herbalife Deceit
I placed an order with Herbalife in December, and the delivery took an unreasonably long time. Before leaving the country, I was contacted by their courier team and explicitly informed them of a specific date on which the order should be delivered. Despite this, the order was not delivered as agreed and was instead returned to Herbalife. I then contacted Herbalife to arrange for the order to be sent back to me and to understand why it was not delivered on the requested date. Communication was very slow, and it took a long time to receive responses. When I eventually did, i was told some items were now out of stock, how as the order was ready to be delivered already packaged? This explanation does not make sense. The items only went out of stock in January, whereas my order was placed and paid for in December. This strongly suggests that my already-paid-for items were reassigned or sold to someone who placed an order later, and this was not communicated honestly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. There was poor communication, no accountability, and ultimately no resolution. This experience has significantly affected my trust in Herbalife as a business.

Best Nutrition company in the world.
From starting as a customer in 2022 to becoming a member (and I am active still in using the products daily and coaching others) has been an amazing experience. Navigating the systems and technology is key, a company which manufactures incredible nutrition products - inner and outer nutrition - I have invested in this lifestyle change and have sustained incredible physical results over a number of years now. I’ve literally transformed myself physically I don’t recognise my old self. The quality of the products and coaching/ leadership is world class. I highly recommend HERBALIFE NUTRITION as an established leader in the nutrition world as well as the products, systems and technology.

Navigating the systems and technology is key, a company which manufactures incredible nutrition products - inner and outer nutrition - I have invested in this lifestyle change and have sustained incredible physical results over a number of years now. Herbal life South Africa does not all exchanges and return of unused products
So Herbal Life does not allow exchanges or returns even though they sell premium products , I am now stuck with products of that I paid almost a R 1000 for all because I mistakenly selected an incorrect product during my purchase . i.eProtein Drink Mix Vegan instead of Protein Drink Mix I must say this came as a shock and massive disappointment to me .

Herbalife investment
I have started using and selling Herbalife Nutrition from 2021. The results have been amazing and I have made a good profit as well from selling the Herbalife products. I would invest the R20K on the business and buy more products for better results and attract new customers.

Few years ago I registered and brought a membership bag. I had an active account and ID number. I placed my first order online. The payment went through successfully. My phone was ****** and I could not recover all my contacts. I called a few times in to find the support centre to show my evidence. I couldn't find the support centre. I did try to email my proof and the emails were rejected. I would like my shakes or my refund of R 750 please. I would like to know how to proceed with this issue. My contact number is 065 290 4369.

Herbalife products
I started using herbalife products two months ago and there are two products that I feel are not healthy for some people including me. Instant Herbal Beverage with tea extracts caused painful liver and I only used it for two weeks then stopped. Since I stopped taking it I feel much better with the help from some remedies I had to take. The second product is protein chips barbecue flavoured, they are too salty and I believe they are unhealthy for those with high blood pressure and cautious about the amount of sodium they take in. Otherwise other products I have used were okay.
