The most uterly useless banking service ever. On thursday the 6th of Nov. I did an eft transfer to my wife account. On monday 10 Nov I logged a query about the funds still not reflecting. The gentleman who heloed said i will recieve feedback within 48 hours. Now its been 72 hours later and still no uodate. Today i phoned again, and again they tell me this is now going to take 7 business day to sort out. This is the reason why Capitec is losing clients. Everyday you hear how people are talking about eft transferrs going lost with capitec. You are a bunch of ******* man
Worst customer service ever. Dekivery to wrong adress, then i get accus3d and told no it is at my adress and then i was tokd to sort it out myself
