One-way pool and spa recommendef

We recently spent alot of money on a new pool with a heating system. We were so excited, but our experience soon turned into a nightmare. The paving done and wall built around the pool was done poorly and we will have to redo the paving. The wall done around the pool was suppose to match the facebrick of our house but the gaps and *****t filling between the bricks are so skew we will have to cover it with cladding. The fireglas images and tiles is skew, the walls insde the pool is inconsistant. There was always a shortage of materials during construction. The owner was never on site to supervise. Heatiing system is leaking on 4 placed, pool pump was not properly fit, the timer and value broke the first few days, which was replaced. The swimming pool is leaking water. The ownwr is now not returning our calls. Refusing to assist in fixing the leaking heating panels. So I would never recommend this company.
