Incorrect item, no response for return

Received the incorrect product. No responses to WhatsApps. Was willing to accept an exchange but now I just want my money back so that I can deal with a reputable supplier for the same product. I have been sitting with the incorrect product for over a month now and have tried to get it returned over 5times now. Terrible customer service! Stay away! Their deals are not worth losing your money on.
