Public Notice / Consumer Complaint

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding OneDebt. I recently discovered that I was placed under debt review without my consent. After contacting the company to request the removal of my name from debt review, they instead informed me that I must pay for their services — services that I never agreed to or received.

It is deeply concerning to learn that many other people have experienced similar issues with this company, yet there seems to be little to no assistance available to affected consumers.

My appeal is to anyone who has faced a similar situation or who may know the proper channels or authorities to contact in order to have this matter resolved. Any advice or guidance on how to proceed would be sincerely appreciated.
