Bad service VDS and onelogix. Sitting 30 minutes at your Kempton park depot to fetch my car and abhorrent service.

Dear Jon. Firstly we would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your review. We hope you will accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience for the delay of 30 minutes before you received your vehicle. Unfortunately it is necessary for us to do the necessary checks on each and every vehicle that leaves our premises to ensure that everything is in order. We do however request from the sales representatives and receptionists to give an update to our clients regularly to ensure they are informed at all times and to understand why it sometimes takes a little bit longer. We strive to excellent customer service and work daily on improving. It will be appreciated if our clients can contact us personally to resolve any poor service delivery to ensure we address it immediately.
