Another company that exploits employees. They put people on learnership programmes. They overwork their drivers for long and intensive hours with a Stipend of R4000. According to the OHS Act 85 of 1993, the employer must provide Personal Protective Equipment to the employees, but Onelogix deducts PPE Money from employees. People on this Learnership programmes are still Learning but should they make mistakes, they dismiss them on the Spot. This is another Company that the Department of Labor needs to investigate. Those drivers are our brothers and husbands.
