Onestop dirty hotel

I've used this Agent for a trip to India. We were a group of ten South Africans and a very bad experience awaited us in Dehli. We were put up in a hotel which was so dirty that nobody was prepared to stay there. We were offered a different place which were the same. We eventually had to find our own place to stay. Onestop refused to refund our money. Although it was a budget tour it is unacceptable to put people up in such filthy places
