Online billing solutions fraud
This company does water billing for eftyhias garden complex in pretoria, they have been collecting payments for water for more than a year but have not paid to municipality. Our whole complex electricity was switched off because OBS owed municipality over R500 000. It is alleged that they reinvested the money to gain interest unlawfully. A group of residents is taking legal action against the directors..
