I had unauthorised transactions on my account from Facebook, I contacted capitec and they informed me that they can't reverse the charges and that an investigation on their side would take 30 days. I provided provided them with evidence that I don't have subscriptions. Sibahle was adamant that it must be me that compromised my card details in his words this information is only available to me. While we know the reality is that staff within Capitec also have access to this. He also did not provide me with a reference number despite repeated requests
Uber is using illegal immigrants as drivers. One of their drivers was rude to me and he dropped me.off next to the road. The next driver picked me up and then refused to give me change. Claiming he doesn't have. After I told him I was going to rate him badly he suddenly found change in his car. Uber then forced me to pay him for the previous trip in which the driver had dropped me.off next to the side of the road without completing the trip
Terrible service, I sent them an email 1 month ago to request assistance. They sent me an email a few days later to say it had been resolved. Today 1 month later they asked me to give them a review. I gave them a negative review because they never contacted me or responded. Then they called me and a call centee agent accused me of not answering my phone for the whole month. This is typical of companies blaming customers for their bad service
We purchased a 12 month old car for 450000 from this branch. We found faults in the car and returned to a different bissan dealership. The problem persisted. They have now given us an invoice for 30 000 to repair something that they claimw e modified the vehicle which they have sold us. This means that they sold us a vehicle which had been tampered with. They have accused us eprosnally of tampering with the vehicle without check the service history at other branches
This company does water billing for eftyhias garden complex in pretoria, they have been collecting payments for water for more than a year but have not paid to municipality. Our whole complex electricity was switched off because OBS owed municipality over R500 000. It is alleged that they reinvested the money to gain interest unlawfully. Last month I joined. They took the payment from my bank account but for the first 7 days I had limited connectivity. I could not access most sites, I contacted contacted via their very inefficient watsapp system. And they acknowledged its their fault but stated that I must still pay full fees. In the second month my internet suddenly stops working 3 days in. I waited 14 hours for the watsapp consultant. She then tells me it's not their problem she must log a fault with metrofibre. Again they have taken full payment but not providing full service.
