Shopping online for expensive goods is frightening especially when you are only able to find one really bad customer review such as the one above from Nomcebo M.

After reading Nomcebo's review I decided to send an email to "Online Blinds" challenging them to convince me why I should trust their services. The reply I received was very reassuring, so I went ahead and placed an order for 7 blinds.

Denise Subramony kept me informed every step of the way, even following up on the courier delivery. She certainly deserves a raise.

The Blinds we received far exceeded my expectations in quality. I have yet to unpack all the packages and install our beautiful blinds but I can rest easy with my purchase.
