Beware, this company is a scam. Placed an online order for custom roller blinds, paid by card. Thereafter never heard from the company. Every single email has gone unanswered. Every single phone call has gone unanswered. After weeks a WhatsApp message was responded to. Thereafter promises made and never kept now complete silence. It's been 2 months and nothing. I have requested a full refund but no response. As such I have reported this to their payment gateway - PayGate - who are trying and struggling to get hold of the company. I have reported this as fraud to my bank.

Most pathetic customer service. We ordered blinds and paid for it on Sunday 31 January 2022. They promised that blinds will be delivered within 7 t0 10 working days. Today is the 14th day, and still no blinds have been delivered. When I call to follow up I get told that she is out seeing customer and that our blinds have been dispatched. When asked for the tracking number she fails to produce (even after they promise in their website tht toy get a tracking number to track your parcel). She gave me a number which she claims is dispatches number but the number doesn't exist. She keeps making empty promises that she will follow up on our order but she never does, she doesn't even return calls we have to call all the time. According to her the company only has two numbers, the one I contact her on and the non existing number. They definitely don't live up to what they promise their clients. Poor and pathetic customer service! Customer service to them end once the money is in their accounts.

Shopping online for expensive goods is frightening especially when you are only able to find one really bad customer review such as the one above from Nomcebo M. After reading Nomcebo's review I decided to send an email to "Online Blinds" challenging them to convince me why I should trust their services. The reply I received was very reassuring, so I went ahead and placed an order for 7 blinds. Denise Subramony kept me informed every step of the way, even following up on the courier delivery. She certainly deserves a raise. The Blinds we received far exceeded my expectations in quality. I have yet to unpack all the packages and install our beautiful blinds but I can rest easy with my purchase. And Price - well go search for yourself. you will not find cheaper!

What a horrible experience I had at Online Blinds, these people have no respect for their clients whatsoever. They're not truthful with their clients, i don't know how much airtime i've spent trying to follow up on my order, how many emails we've exchanged, but still my delivery is not with me and no one cared to offer me an explanation, it's just lies after lies
