Online Custom Blinds are a fraudulent company

Beware, this company is a scam. Placed an online order for custom roller blinds, paid by card. Thereafter never heard from the company. Every single email has gone unanswered. Every single phone call has gone unanswered. After weeks a WhatsApp message was responded to. Thereafter promises made and never kept now complete silence. It's been 2 months and nothing.

I have requested a full refund but no response.

As such I have reported this to their payment gateway - PayGate - who are trying and struggling to get hold of the company. I have reported this as fraud to my bank.
