I bought a fan online, so the courrier refused to deliver it to me while I paid the delivery fee as well. I contacted Makro customer care and they told me that I can only speak with the courrier company, my question is how because I bought from them not from the courrier... When I requested the cancellation and refunds also they said they don't do on their side, another department will do and I will get my refunds after 7 to 14 working days....
