Bought a phone via nedbank avo app, worst online purchase ever, phone constantly overheats from day one, tried to return the phone but avo is dragging the process instead of assisting. No proper after sale support, I would like to warn fellow consumers to about avo nedbank online shopping be careful.

We ordered a gas hop that was on special for R800. Total saving of R900.00 We paid it but when it was delivered it was the R500 plastic hop that we didnt order but was also available. After alot of phone calls to customer care. I was told that the have a 3th party company that handles this. And the only thing they can do is to collect abd refund. A supervisor Mavitsi try to help after phoning back. The guy didnt exist and they dont know him. The collect the product to day but no money paid back. All i want is the hob that I ordered to be deliverer. But the system dont allow that. Because of there mistake I dont get the special any more. Bad customer service. I told them this is going to hallo peter. Thabang also told me to go to hallo peter there is nothing they cab do. refund will only be done a lot later. I dont want a refund i want the hob that i paid for to be delivered.

Vodacom is a **** and they don't care. Its two weeks and nobody has contacted me regarding my query. They sell you something without the full t and c. When you realize what was sold is incorrect the beat around the bush to fix it . I want to cancel my contract with them but they not responding. They want to mess my credit name, I don't want to pay for the incorrect package they gave me. Im frustrated nobody is helping me.

Itβs been a month and days going to two months trying to get a refund with makro. Left the product at Makro in Riversands, I have made multiple calls and emails everyday I am told they are escalating the Matter till date nothing has been done

Hello Peter I hope you will help me like last time I wrote an review about Shein & their delivery company #Buffalo logistics, I place an order from Shein on the 9th March & payed taxed on the 14th....then since then I've been getting emails that my order was delivered and received of which I didn't receive that order ,infact I didn't even get the call from the delivering company, can you please help me. Thank you

Kindly note I purchased an item online , but it was not suitable and I returned it on 1/02/2025 to your Ottery branch. (see return slip attached) The service consultant advised the refund would take 5-7 days. After 9 days I followed up only to be advised that the request for a refund was not logged. The gentlemen I spoke with last week (13/2) told me he would escalate the request, but Monday (17/2) when I called again a different consultant told me there was not escalation logged that he could trace. He then said that he would log it but today(19/02) I called again and spoke to Katlego and was told the escalation logged 17/2 was redirected to the wrong dept and would need to be done again, I asked that it be prioritized and after speaking with her manager, she advised it would take 5-10 days . HOW IS THIS AN ESCALATION OR A PRIORITY when the time for an escalation is now longer than the actual refund period This is unacceptable that one should wait so long for a simple refund. Please keep in mind that we are now way past 5-7 days and now on 14 working days . The service I have received has been shocking and lacking. Very disappointing and I doubt I will ever attempt to purchase something from your store again.

Makro online is *******, shop with them at your own risk, the stress that comes with returns and refund is too much. I bought a Generic sandwich maker worth R1400, it was on special for R700 only to receive and old used Condore sandwich maker, a different brand not what I have ordered, very small and my kids need it for school lunchbox. I then phoned then on Thursday and they said must log a return of which I did and they gave me a date of Sunday 17:14 to collect, I waited for them they didn't come. Monday I phoned they said they gonna escalate the matter, Tuesday I phone and asked to speak to the manger, they said she is in a meeting she will phone me back but she didn't bother to phone, later same day I phoned again and the lady told me that there is nothing that they can do as their business partner who sells through Makro Online has a December backlog and they are unable to collect or refund their clients. Mind you I know nothing about their partnerships with whoever they are talking about, how is that supposed to be the client's problem? Must I stuck with this cheap thing in my house? And the Manager doesn't even want to talk to meπππππ
