Bought a phone via nedbank avo app, worst online purchase ever, phone constantly overheats from day one, tried to return the phone but avo is dragging the process instead of assisting. No proper after sale support, I would like to warn fellow consumers to about avo nedbank online shopping be careful.
Terrible customer service from rain, 2 years after I stopped using their service, got an invoice via sms that I owe them R2116. When I called to enquire they could not provide me with an explanation other than I need to pay the outstanding.
Good day, Sanlam icover funeral cover has horrible customer service, i submitted death claim on Monday today is Friday and the funeral is tomorrow but still no payment made. They keep on promising the issue will be resolved bits still nothing. Their service sucks, what is the use of funeral cover if you are not gonna get it on time
