We ordered a gas hop that was on special for R800. Total saving of R900.00 We paid it but when it was delivered it was the R500 plastic hop that we didnt order but was also available. After alot of phone calls to customer care. I was told that the have a 3th party company that handles this. And the only thing they can do is to collect abd refund. A supervisor Mavitsi try to help after phoning back. The guy didnt exist and they dont know him. The collect the product to day but no money paid back. All i want is the hob that I ordered to be deliverer. But the system dont allow that. Because of there mistake I dont get the special any more. Bad customer service. I told them this is going to hallo peter. Thabang also told me to go to hallo peter there is nothing they cab do. refund will only be done a lot later. I dont want a refund i want the hob that i paid for to be delivered.
