OnlineBozza - zero customer service & zero order delivery

I placed and paid for my order on 1 March 2021. I needed this order (mountain bike) for a birthday present. In an email they told me it will be delivered on Friday, the 5th of March 2021. It wasnt. I cant get hold of them. I keep on phoing them on 010 447 2454 / 010 680 0690. They dont answer. I just want a refund. Order number: SO24589610.
