Worst experience ever .Ordered product it was in stock when I ordered had no response from them.Was told their warehouse was looted. it's been been more than 3weeks.Still havent received my refund and no response to my email.

I recently made a purchase on Online Bozza and since doing so have note received a single bit of communication on the delivery of the item or notification that the order is being processed. When i call the numbers provided it just goes straight to voice mail or doesn't ring at all. I have sent numerous emails and still haven't got a response either. Can anyone suggest a way to get through to them and are they even a legit website?

I recently made a purchase on Online Bozza and since doing so have note received a single bit of communication on the delivery of the item or notification that the order is being processed. When i call the numbers provided it just goes straight to voice mail or doesn't ring at all. I have sent numerous emails and still haven't got a response either. Can anyone suggest a way to get through to them and are they even a legit website?

I have to offer some additional comments why I do not recommend BOZZA cft at all. I ordered an item which was listed as 1 IN STOCK. I received a confirmation that mypayment was received (automated response) and that I wold be informed about the status of my order. 2 days later I had no information from them and tred to contact them. Their phone number was not manned and served only as a message recorder. Long story short: I sent them about 4 or 5 e-mails and left approx. 5 messages on their "phone" NO REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT When I did give them my bank details for the refund which I demanded ..NO REPLY. I then lodge a complaint with the CGSO . I then decided to try once more via e-mail and finally got a phone call from them stating that they had initiated a refund (which I received 2 days later) and as their excuse for NON COMMUNICATION they cited TELKOM PROBLEMS. During the whole time my order was listed as "PENDING" on their website despite (their lie) that there was stock. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME !!!

BOZZA never replied to my repeated queries about my order situation (ordered on 7.5.2021) either via their contact number (which is simply a voice message recorder) or via their on-site e-mail. I tried at least 5 or 6 times on both contact details but NEVER GOT ANY ACNOWLEDGEMENT ORF REPLY. My order remained "PENDING" till tyoday. I then submitted a complaint to CONSUMER COUNCIL OMBUD and yesterday (17.5.) I received an e-mail from BOZZA asking my bank details for a refund while my order was still "PENDING" Never again!!

1) I placed my order on 1 March. The goods arrived today on 18 March. That is extremely bad service. 2) I ordered Coke zero sugar zero caffeine. They sent me the wrong thing. I have received coke zero sugar but it is the version with caffeine in it. 3) More than 50% of the 120 cans are rusted and have holes in them and the content has leaked out. 4) Their phone number doesn’t work to report the complaint. Stay away. Very very poor. If I wanted to do a bad job I wouldn't have been able to come up with something this bad.

Don't even bother with this business. Unless you have time on your side to wait for your order. They claim they have "fast delivery" that's a blatant lie, "Super quick Turn-around times" another lie "Top-Notch support" another lie because no one knows what's happening in that organization its been 7 days now and I was promised my goods will will be shipped still nothing. I was also to some guy will contact we with regards to my order two days ago I'm still waiting for that call. I should have done my research before buying from this shop because it seems like most people that shop here regret it. DONT DO IT

Don't even bother with this business. Unless you have time on your side to wait for your order. They claim they have "fast delivery" that's a blatant lie, "Super quick Turn-around times" another lie "Top-Notch support" another lie because no one knows what's happening in that organization its been 7 days now and I was promised my goods will will be shipped still nothing. Absolutely pathetic customer service if any... Placed order online on the 6th March, no confirmation of order delivery date , no commitment of service delivery, absolutely nothing... After several attempts to call them (as number on website and on invoice does not always work) I was told on Monday 8th March, package has been booked out for delivery on Wednesday 10th March. 10th March after follow up (again a mission to get hold of anyone) with no prior emails answered, gentleman by phone now states order is pending and "they don't know why".... Will need to phone supervisor and warehouse to get answers.... I am therefore still without my package and without any answers.
