Pathetic Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on Online Bozza and since doing so have note received a single bit of communication on the delivery of the item or notification that the order is being processed.

When i call the numbers provided it just goes straight to voice mail or doesn't ring at all. I have sent numerous emails and still haven't got a response either.

Can anyone suggest a way to get through to them and are they even a legit website?
