This incident has started from 11 August up to date I bought bedside cabinet that was delivered damaged.I immediately send photos that according to lady helping me couldn't be opened.I then send screenshots of damaged item.I asked for it to be replaced only later on they let me know they no longer have stock.Then when they received item back they told me it would take 10 to 15 working days to be reversed. There was a *****ulent transaction on my card so I stopped it.Then they needed a bank statement to show them the money wasnt in my account because the card I used then wasnt active anymore.They then requested a letter from the bank to confirm this is closed and no longer active.Ive send emails and phone calls to them.Lady that handled my case 8s no longer working in that department.I am still waiting for any feedback from any customer service representative.I am apalled and really upset that its taking this long to receive my money.... I spoke to customer service representative on Tuesday and she said she would check whats going on.No call no email whatsoever.Will never buy from them again and will advise anybody to be careful buying from them.
If I could rate it no stars I would. My parcel from Shein haven't been delivered even after I contacted a Buffalo customer service representative to update my info.I used a address that I haven't have had any problems delivering to.The consultant said she would make sure that everything is fine and if they needed anything she would phone me again. Now they want to charge me additional fee to deliver. I'm furious.
ASAP! Hi I am appalled at the service from customer service.I have asked about additional billing and this is the second time this has happened.I was enquiring about what the additional R24.80 was for. I was charged R84.99 for the chicken and then additional R24.80 for packet that was R33.40 on the parcel.I was charged for a Canderel Bubble chocolate and never received it.
Worst experience ever .Ordered product it was in stock when I ordered had no response from them.Was told their warehouse was looted. it's been been more than 3weeks.Still havent received my refund and no response to my email.
Hi I have struggled for 2days to place a order online and my account has been blocked. I want to use the promotion of January2018. I fear I am not gonna be able to use it seeing as I have been struggling for such a long time…. Yesterday I have sent a email and also asked for help on the chat line but nobody assisted me and I'm still waiting. Still no assistance unblocking my account as I never received the link to reset my account Regards
<p>My Atm withdrawal went off twice.</p> <p>Tried to phone Absa they dont respond just waited 15 minutes .</p> <p>I cant wait 5 working days for my money .</p> <p>VERY DISSAPOINTED</p>
