Q Photo bad service and customer care
My order number is 000088546. I paid and still waiting. Only photo tell me I must still send photos. If O do they want money again. I have and paid. No no no customer care at all. Still waiting for my photos. Be carefull

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE
We required a phonebook urgently and found this company online. We called them to see if they can meet our required deadline including delivery and they confirmed that it can be done we just need to pay an extra R450 which we did on check out. We were notified 2 days later that the product is ready and will be delivered the next day. We did not receive anything so called only to be told the Aramex who we have also given a disgusting rating to was not able to deliver as they didn't know which area to deliver to even though there was a postal code on the address. They said they would follow up for us but went on to explain that that additional money we paid was only to ensure they print it and not actually get it to us by the required date. This attitude and passing of responsibility is totally disgusting on behalf of the company as our dealing was with you and not the courier service which you just washed your hands off as not your responsibility. We missed our deadline that we needed the product for and you made additional money off a service that was ULTIMATELY not provided TO US. Totally disgusting first and last experience will never use or recommend your company to anyone.

Unhappy customer due to inadequate information and staff attitudes
Even before receiving my product, my experience with this company totally put me off the product and it is safe to say that I will not be returning or referring. Please do yourself a favor and go read very carefully through their policies. You really have to go and sit and read through it in detail before you order because there is crucial information that is not shared upon check-out, that any reasonable person would expect to see at check-out to be able to make an appropriately informed decision. Upon choosing between courier or in-store collection - I selected in-store collection because I wanted to send my own courier as it would be cheaper. If any reasonable person sees the words in-store collection, that person would not be wrong to assume that an those words at face value does not necessarily have to be questioned or looked into in a deeper sense. This company did not want to give my courier the goods two days in a row. On the second day they refused I phoned them and they indicated to me that the shipping policy which is somewhere on their website states that they will not hand over goods to couriers sent by their customers. If this was apparent in the booking process (in my view a crucial piece of information) I would have been totally accepting of the policy and used their offered courier service. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth about this company and the attitude with which they approach and handle an issue which is clearly caused by ineffective communication on their website in the ordering process.

Devastated
I ordered canvas print of my beloved departed kitty from them. They wrapped around the frame not border of the print but PRINT ITSELF! Now there's only part of the picture on canvas. I'm devastated. Please, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOUR PRINTING HAS LOVING MEMORIES ATTACHED TO THE IMAGE, THEY WILL WOUND YOUR HEART AGAIN!
