TUFFY comes up tops and keeps to their word
Recently I posted that TUFFY had given me excellent service when I complained about a product. They offered to send me a replacement pack. Today a gift pack arrived with 4 replacement packs. Full marks to Tuffy for following up and a special mention goes to Noxolo Gcanga for her incredible service and attention to detail. Thank you TUFFY!

Tuffy puts their clients First!
I bought a pack of Tuffy Bin Liners and the first one out of the packet was faulty. I wrote to Tuffy Customer services and 23 minutes later the amazing Marketing Assistant Intern, Noxolo Gcanga rep**** to me. That is Customer Service. They asked for certain information which I supp**** and they even offered to send a new packet of bin liners to me. Congratulations to Noxolo and the team leader - 10 STARS!!

Parkmore Vet is amazing.
I received so much care and kindness when I saw the wonderful Dr Graham. He was amazing with my cat and even shared all the results with me. I can highly recommend going there and the receptionist was incredible too, bearing in mind I was so nervous to go to a new vet. SUPERB. Thank you.

Dotsure gets 5 stars!!!
Dotsure.co.za was absolutely brilliant when it came to being refunded for my cat's trip to the vet. Payment was done in less than 24 hours with no messy paperwork or hitches. Betta Smile: Pain free Teeth Whitening!!
Having googled Teeth whitening, every article said it was painful. Then I found BETTA SMILE. I sent a WhatsApp message and within minutes Colleen had contacted me and one hour later I was sitting in her chair. The procedure was INCREDIBLE and PAIN FREE. Colleen made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I rushed back the next day for the balance of my session. Everything about the procedure was 100% First Class. I highly recommend them. Wish I had not waited so long! Well done and thank you Colleen.

Visas and Passports Unlimited Deliver a 5 Star Service
Brilliant, brilliant service from start to finish. I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Visas and Passports Unlimited and they more than delivered. They filed my forms for me, they met me at the Visa office, they followed up regularly and finally hand delivered my passport to me with my visa thankfully stamped into it. The entire process took less than 5 weeks and the professionalism was there all the way. Well done to all involved. My sincere thanks to Aletia for putting up with me during the process!

Dis-Chem Shows What True Service is all About!
I recently used Dis-Chem's on line service for the first time. Their help line assisted me in setting up my account as I had a problem (not them) and then when I ordered my item, it said a 4 - 5 day delivery. Imagine my surprise and delight when they delivered on the very same day! This is what I call service and shall now be using them at every opportunity. Well done to the On Line team. My grateful thanks to everyone at Dis-Chem.
