No attention to detail, so called represenative has no idea what is going on and late. Incorrect information given through to customers.

Thought I would be better off paying a company to apply for a visa. Luckily I did not purchase tickets. I should already have been in Ireland. I app**** in February for April. Started calling every week initially - was told they are following up. Today I was told that they are receiving applications back done in March - they are following up on applications made in February that haven't yet been sent back. I called how many times and was told they are following up, and the waiting time has been extended - now they are saying there is a problem. Maybe if they had made the effort to follow up, I and possibly others would have been able to travel. I have no idea what happens now since I sent an itinerary for specific dates. This company is expensive and you pay for a service. There is no follow up, no communication, and the tracking button will only show the date they expect to receive the application back - which has also passed. My plan was to spend easter with my grandchild, I had to cancel my leave. I am in finance, I plan things strategically, I have a year end coming up. Traveling in August or September was never my plan because it's the summer holidays there. I don't know what to do - these people have my passport - I am so sad I couldn't see my granddaughter this year. Never will I use this company again - I will do my own application at less than half the cost - I paid them so they could manage the admin. Pity there isn't a negative 5 star rating.

I have had the best experience , i have always worked with Wendy, her service is excellent. I have been serviced by her on several occasions, still receiving the same service, as excellent as the first time. I appreciate her sense of urgency. Keep up the good work

This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had to go through, this is my first overseas trip and I phoned to find out what I need to do in order to get to uk and Italy visa, both my visas are done and I was updated on every step of the way, highly recommend

What a truly South African experience! Our "expert" was 30-40 minutes late, reeking of alcohol. We all missed our appointments of course and had to wait for whatever gap became available. That is not where it ended. The gentleman reeked as if he had been pickled in beer, and had the glossy eyes to go along with it. Given his lack of assistance with the application forms (we all just handed in our documents to the lady behind the counter), I concluded that he was still suffering from the effects of a truly stupendous evening. He spent the rest of my time there chatting to the ladies behind the counter, not assisting in herding us to the counter or anything. Job creation I suppose is a national priority, but my word at what cost to the rest of us.

Terrible service. My colleague app**** through them in May for a Visa in August (per their instruction) and only after pressing them for answers about a month before the departure date did they let her know about her interview scheduled at the wrong embassy. By this time it was already too late as after the interview it still takes time for the application to process and her departure date was less than a week after the interview.

I initially app**** for my UK Visa through an agency whose incompetency, resulted in having my visa denied one week before my departure date. While tears and disbelief overcame me at the application centre, I was reffered to a company called, Visa and passports unlimited. I contacted Wesley Jackson, who immediately, despite the time constraint, went to work on it. Their professionalism and knowledge helped me obtain my visa in record time! No changes had to be made to my holiday schedule! They come highly recommended. Thank you once again, Wesley.
