Sales person doesn't keep up his promises

The shop shop has a good service, but one sales person doesn't work up the company policy. I've ask for a qoute, so that I can qoute my customer since yesterday, the sales person promised to send me even asked for my email address did send but till now nothing. So today I have an unhappy customer, cause of one sales person.
