The shop shop has a good service, but one sales person doesn't work up the company policy. This company an the landlord are riping us of straight. The unit price is 1.33 a kw/h an the charging us double the price. With normal prepaid meter box for example R100 gets me 67 kw/h units on citiq meter box I only get 34kw/h units. Where is the rest of the units going to. Why can't they atleast give us 50units. Uber eats driver didn't deliver my order an says I didn't pay the amount due. He didn't arrive at my location. Now I can't order due to what he did...that time it's my first time ordering after a very long time. I won't recommend it to any of my family especially when the driver lies
Kagiso debonairs doesn't respect costumers, I ordered pizza online with clear instructions that I don't want mushrooms on my pizzas. They brought two pizzas with mushrooms I immediately informed the shop it was around 2pm this afternoon, they said they'll send someone to rectify the order. Till now no one has come I've been calling the shop they rude me. Now am sitting food a I can't eat. Please can you train your staff again, teach them reading skills. Why dont drivers switch off they app if they not satisfied with the amount we as customers supposed to pay. Been requesting since 20:30 saw one vihecle in kagiso westrand always busy or cancel my requests bolt is useless especially in theirs times
