Do not opt for them their service are poor, they are unprofessional. The reason one chooses an agency is so that there is an agent who communicates with the tenants and the landlord but no they will tell you you can call the tenant or their office. It means they are getting that money for Mahala. Now they are failing to pay the rental money from the tenant. never ever do business with them.

I'm so deeply disappointed dealing with Only Realty Property Group. This is a strong message to the people not to use them. The most *********** bunch from sales to accounts. They did not disclose that there will be sewage costs on top of the rental which is stipulated in the lease agreement. every month I have to request utilities bill and pay immediately on the day they send the bill otherwise they will charge email fee.

My experience with this agency has been deeply disappointing. My tenant informed them of a cancellation, yet I was never notified. When rental payments stopped, the only communication I received was a demand letter—no prior updates or engagement. I tried calling several times, but no one ever got back to me. It’s incredibly difficult to speak to a real person who can assist. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. They seem uninterested in providing any meaningful service. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I received a letter of demand for a property I am renting and I have paid the rental invoice on the 29th of July. We tried to email them the POP and it bounces back. This morning we have been calling to speak to the accounts department to sort out this issue. The accounts department has still not come back to me. I have lived here for about 3 years now and I am very ****ed off. Firstly they still have not come back to me about the damp in my apartment and on the invoice I dont see my deposit or interest earned on the deposit which by law should be put in an account. I want an apology because if they did your job correctly we wont be here right now. Then the amount on the letter of demand is much more, why is that if I have paid my rent and the invoice I received the amount is alot less.

If you're a landlord, I strongly advise steering clear of Only Realty. My experience with them managing my rental flat has been incredibly frustrating. Over the past few years, they’ve repeatedly overpaid both the City of Johannesburg and the managing agents, citing that the surplus would be credited to my account — yet these supposed "credits" have never materialised. A former tenant caused significant damage to my unit and left without paying their final month’s rent. Only Realty took no action whatsoever and allowed them to vacate freely. Communication is another major issue — for every dozen emails sent, you’re lucky to receive a vague, one-line response. Phone calls go unanswered entirely. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and general mismanagement make them completely unfit for property management. Landlords deserve better.

This has been, by far, the worst rental agency we’ve dealt with. In over 30 years of renting, we have never experienced such poor service or been treated with such disregard. Repeated calls to the branch go unanswered, and emails are simply ignored. The only time we ever receive a response is when a rental statement is sent — with no follow-up on any of the issues we've raised. I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. The lack of communication and basic customer service is deeply disappointing.
