WORST SERVICE AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!

You PAY R300 per applicant to get approval for a rental property, then the applicants get declined! In this case 3 applicants = R330 x3 = R900. The office in Table View refuse to refund the money after they took their time and we lost a property we urgently need. We spend hours to do the application. The agent Natasha waisted our time and was to slow. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK, because you are a useless company. I have spend hours to contact the Table view branch and they just do not answer their phones. PLEASE, do not trust this company and their AGENTS. SERVICE - NON EXISTING!!!!!!!!

UIF con artist

The following person is representing people that applies for UIF benefits - LEONI STEYNFAART. She stays in Tshwane and advertise on Facebook how she can submit UIF application for a FEE. She is a con artist that is ****ming people and never submit the documents. She is also contravening the POPI Act by sharing personal information with a third party. She has taken money from unemployed people that are dependable on the UIF money, but according to the UIF offices these application were never SUBMITTED. I know of at least three (3) ladies in their 60's that were using her "services" and paid her money. LEONI STEYNFAART is advertising on Facebook(people living in Centurion) and once you challenge her she BLOCK's your number.

Mit Mak Motors is not interested in your trade in.

I am looking of trading in my vehicle and buy one of theirs. I wanted to break even with the buy and trade in. First, it took them 3/4 days to give feedback. Three people were involved, but the one did not know what the other was doing. Then a person came back with a trade in offer that indicate that Mit Mak Motors do not want to do business when it comes to trade ins. Attitude was , take it or leave it. This was my first time after hearing the CEO's promises, but definitely my last as well. My network of friends will be informed of my experience.

Credit card not canceled for 4 months

I have instructed WFS to close my credit card in May 2022 as I paid up the outstanding balance. Since then I have send 16 emails to close the account. NO RESPONSE! 3 Months later, it is not resolved or closed. I have send many emails and a senior manager would have contacted me at the beginning of August. In the interim the card has been charged with monthly fees and now there's a balance outstanding. WFS staff members don't care about service at all. I have already told as many people as I can about woolworths service. I am fedup sending emails and only recieve noreply emails. Even the MANAGEMENT OF WOOLWORTHS do not care or understand SERVICE!!!!!
