Very bad service

This has been, by far, the worst rental agency we’ve dealt with. In over 30 years of renting, we have never experienced such poor service or been treated with such disregard. Repeated calls to the branch go unanswered, and emails are simply ignored.

The only time we ever receive a response is when a rental statement is sent — with no follow-up on any of the issues we've raised.

I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. The lack of communication and basic customer service is deeply disappointing.
