Our home office chairs (2) were collected as scheduled after the deposit payment was made.
Communication started to dwindle. Promises of delivery were made and broken several times.
Communication broke down completely with calls left unanswered, emails not responded to, website shut down.
We started checking HP and Google Reviews and started stressing, thinking we were ****med out of our deposit and 2 office chairs. This went on for a week after initial delivery was scheduled and missed.
At this point several delivery dates and times had been discussed and missed each time.
Eventually we got our chairs back a week later than originally scheduled. But the chairs look brand new. The pu leather looks sturdy and of good, durable quality. The sponges used to stuff the chairs are also nice and thick. The chairs are much better now than when they were purchased!
I'm very happy with the work done.
I think there is just a problem of overpromising and underdelivering (in terms of timelines), which can cause a lot of issues.
I recommend the work of this company, but they have to work on their timelines - rather give yourself an additional week or two, to ensure that you can meet the deadlines - than end up not being able to meet them. Your customers will be much happier this way.
