No customer service from Opari.co.za
I ordered a dress from Opari.co.za to the value of R1109.20 on the 25th of May and have not received it. They do not have a telephone number where you can call them and they do not reply on any of the emails I send them with regards to this order. ASLO, I ordered another dress before this one and asked for it to be refunded because it was to big, then the next thing the courier delivers the same dress in a smaller size and the other dress is still a no show.
I suspect this is a massive communication error, but now no one gets back to me to solve the issue.
I feel very frustrated.

Opari.co.za received all my correspondence with regards to my orders and resolved my issue quickly and effortlessly. This was a massive misunderstanding. They treated me with respect and kindness and I would highly reccomend them to anyone. I was wrong and I am sorry. I wish Opari all the best and will most definitely shop with them again.
