Terrible delivery
I'm extremely disappointed with their delivery times. On the website it said my order will be delivered by the latest on the 1st of September, I received no notification that my order was dispatched. When I followed up they said that my order will only arrive by them at the approximately the 10th of September.. And that is if nothing goes wrong... My order is my wedding shoes, that I paid a lot of money for and definitely expected better service to go along with that kind of price tag, and I need those shoes by the 17th and I still need to walk them in!! Very disappointed, would definitely not recommend any Bride to by their wedding shoes from Opari unless you're planning on buying them 3 months in advance

No customer service from Opari.co.za
I ordered a dress from Opari.co.za to the value of R1109.20 on the 25th of May and have not received it. They do not have a telephone number where you can call them and they do not reply on any of the emails I send them with regards to this order. ASLO, I ordered another dress before this one and asked for it to be refunded because it was to big, then the next thing the courier delivers the same dress in a smaller size and the other dress is still a no show. I suspect this is a massive communication error, but now no one gets back to me to solve the issue. I feel very frustrated.
