I am very disappointed and angry about the service received from Duncan. My first problem is that Duncan quoted me a 5-ton truck, which seemed realistic according to the inventory list that I sent him. The problem is that the truck that arrived was not a 5-ton truck but a 4-ton truck, which would not have been sufficient to transport all the items on my inventory list. When we brought this up with the driver and asked if they were going to do two trips, seeing as the truck size is not what we were paying for, they said no because we weren’t quoted two trips. We took this up with Duncan as well, who got very arrogant about the fact that we were demanding the truck size HE quoted us on. As Duncan broke the contract by refusing to supply us with the service quoted, we asked the driver to please leave, as we’re not going to accept this type of service. This is where my second problem comes in: They could not even get the truck started again just to pull it out of our driveway; they had to push start it. The brake lights were broken, and it did not even have a license disk in the window, so the truck they sent was not even roadworthy. So yes, Duncan told the driver that he can tell us that they will do two trips but after seeing that the truck won’t even start, we weren’t going to let them take out furniture. Now he refuses to refund the deposit, because he says we refused service, although he broke contract first giving us legal right to refuse service. So I would definitely not recommend using them; they are *****ulent and will quote you one thing and try to get away with giving you less than what you are paying for, and their trucks are definitely not roadworthy!
This site is a **** online store I placed an order on their online store and never received it, I tried following up and they don't replay at all.
The owner at the trading post has very bad customer relation skills. I inquired about a mould and was told they do not keep stock they make the moulds on order, which is fine, but then I asked what the lead time would be as I need to determine if the mould would get to me in time for what I need to use it for. I was told that she can't do it today as it is a design day... this still did not answer my question so I asked how long the production process would take... I was told it all depend... we went back and forth a few times and she eventually said if I ordered today, it could possibly be ready by Monday (Still not a definitive answer) By this point I was so annoyed that she couldn’t just give me a straight up answer. I do not feel that it is unreasonable to ask for a lead time, if she has been doing this for a while, she would know how long a mould generally takes to cast, so why she could not tell me it can take between x and y working days?? I told her I will no longer need her assistance as she can’t give me a straight answer I feel she has an ego problem because she went on the attack after that calling me a child and that her other “Adult” clients don’t give her **** like this. FYI I work in the construction industry and I work with hundreds of suppliers and they can all give me a clear and direct lead time when asked.
I'm extremely disappointed with their delivery times. On the website it said my order will be delivered by the latest on the 1st of September, I received no notification that my order was dispatched. When I followed up they said that my order will only arrive by them at the approximately the 10th of September.. And that is if nothing goes wrong... My order is my wedding shoes, that I paid a lot of money for and definitely expected better service to go along with that kind of price tag, and I need those shoes by the 17th and I still need to walk them in!! Very disappointed, would definitely not recommend any Bride to by their wedding shoes from Opari unless you're planning on buying them 3 months in advance
I am very disappointed in the level of service from Orbit Rings everyone says how amazing they’re service is but I haven’t seen it. I waited 13 days for my ring which is fine seeing as it was supposed to come in 14 days but when I followed up to see if it was still going to arrive on the 14th day as I haven’t received any tracking information I was told the order is late, which I wouldn’t mind if they just kept me in the loop, I was told they shipment would arrive Mon/ Tue this week, we’re on Wednesday still no info or ring from them when I followed up… No sorry now they’ll only get the shipment on Fri/Mon…. Again, not even bothering to send an email saying sorry the order is going to be late, to me this is unacceptable and I’d definitely not recommend them
Normally I'm very happy with Takealot, but their ebook's are not user friendly and when you want to ask for assistance you get sent to the FAQ page which did not have the answers that I was looking for and when I tried to leave them a message on they "do you have any other questions " section the page just stopped responding when I hit send.... this could have been avoided if they just had a email address I could send my issue to. So my issue with the ebook is that I followed their how to install and download your ebook instructions to the T. and not on my phone or my PC can I access my ebook (newly purchased this morning) the Pc application keeps saying that their is a licensing issue whenever I try to add the ebook to my library, and the phone app asked to login with takealot details and the asked to authorize with the Adobe ID but as soon as I try download my book it says that I purchased the book under a diffrent user name (I only have one takealot account and I specifically got a adobe ID this morning to download the book, so where did this OTHER account come from????) And ofcource just my luck ebooks are non refundable, so I have a book now that I can't use and I can't get any information out of Takealot.... Brilliant
