The owner at the trading post has very bad customer relation skills. I inquired about a mould and was told they do not keep stock they make the moulds on order, which is fine, but then I asked what the lead time would be as I need to determine if the mould would get to me in time for what I need to use it for. I was told that she can't do it today as it is a design day... this still did not answer my question so I asked how long the production process would take... I was told it all depend... we went back and forth a few times and she eventually said if I ordered today, it could possibly be ready by Monday (Still not a definitive answer) By this point I was so annoyed that she couldn’t just give me a straight up answer. I do not feel that it is unreasonable to ask for a lead time, if she has been doing this for a while, she would know how long a mould generally takes to cast, so why she could not tell me it can take between x and y working days?? I told her I will no longer need her assistance as she can’t give me a straight answer I feel she has an ego problem because she went on the attack after that calling me a child and that her other “Adult” clients don’t give her **** like this. FYI I work in the construction industry and I work with hundreds of suppliers and they can all give me a clear and direct lead time when asked.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. One star is even to much for her. Appalling to say the least. I ordered moulds from her which came but was missing one of the moulds I purchased from her. Asked if she could send it and waited two weeks until I inquired about the delivery date. THEN OMG! Did she unleash CRAZY on me?! And went on a rant about other customers calling her all sorts of things meanwhile insulting me all the way for even asking for my products I paid for. SHOCKED! I Left this for another week then asked again for my mould when she sent the waybill but with a nasty message telling me to delete her number from my phone 😱. I will never do business with her again. Please be warned.

The owner is forever threatening to destroy small businesses who dont "cooperate". She treats customers as if she is the only one in SA who can supply silicon moulds and thus everyone must tolerate her abuse. Just go through the business facebook pictures and you will see how she arrogantly posts her terrible customer service as if to warn future customer that they must tolerate such trash service. She is very unresponsive when you follow up on your orders that take weeks to arrive, and when she does she is rude and tells you about her mental health issues. Also a quick scroll on her facebook page shows she is very racist and speaks horribly about Chinese people and their products. Rather order your moulds from the Chinese people she hate or fine more professional alternatives on facebook.

The owner has zero customer service. She is rude and so unprofessional. She frequently attacks customers and lies about the delivery dates. I have nothing positive to say about this business. If you order from them be prepared to deal with high level ignorance and incompetence. Would review their products but i haven't received my order
