Never again! The Trading Post Cape Town
Absolutely disgusting customer service. One star is even to much for her. Appalling to say the least. I ordered moulds from her which came but was missing one of the moulds I purchased from her. Asked if she could send it and waited two weeks until I inquired about the delivery date. THEN OMG! Did she unleash CRAZY on me?! And went on a rant about other customers calling her all sorts of things meanwhile insulting me all the way for even asking for my products I paid for. SHOCKED! I Left this for another week then asked again for my mould when she sent the waybill but with a nasty message telling me to delete her number from my phone 😱. I will never do business with her again. Please be warned.

I really appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into writing your review. Would like to add my version if that’s in order with you?
Firstly: our entire process is outlined in the terms and conditions printed on the front side of the invoice - when payment is made it is assumed the client has read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
In said terms and conditions it’s stated: “...add-ons to orders move your order to the back of the line.” Which is only fair to my other clients. Which brings us to you “...not receiving 1 mould”. Which was added AFTER you’ve placed your order and paid for without receiving an updated invoice.
When you’ve contacted me to enquire about the “missing mould” you were extremely rude accusing me of SCAMMING you - NOT asking if I’ve possibly forgotten to add the extra item. I’ve explained that I’ve completely forgotten about the extra mould - human error, elaborated on what a nightmare I’ve experienced which YOU’ve turned around and completely ripped out of context and made all about yourself - still don’t understand how on earth you’ve managed to do that.
Maybe pay attention to reading PROPERLY in future, don’t jump to conclusions and don’t make assumptions based on warped ideas formed from living in Cape Town for too long.
The “remove my number from your phone” was added AFTER I’ve turned client on YOU - “ interested in buying YOUR products” to see if you’re still going to address me in your condescending rude manner. Was absolutely blown away by how fast you’ve changed your attitude trying to sell me a 3 year old product. You absolutely have no shame whatsoever. To think you can treat others like you do and not batting an eye 2 seconds later when the boards are flipped and then run to “shame” me online?
I’m relieved that you’ll never do business with me again - nobody needs unnecessary drama created out of nothing.

See from my Facebook you’ve had trouble reading and following instructions from the start - several posts on my wall asking to NOT send messages via FB Messenger but still you did. Interesting to note the only ones who do bad reviews are the same ones lacking basic reading and comprehension skills.
