I booked this company to urgently transport my car from Durban to Johannesburg. After a full week of empty promises and delays, they claimed there was an issue at their depot and said they couldn’t start the process for another week — all while I was incurring costly storage fees. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have refused to refund my money and are now ignoring all calls and emails. This company took payment for a service they had no intention or capacity to deliver. Their conduct is not just unprofessional — it borders on *****. I have reported the matter to relevant authorities and am taking legal action. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Avoid this company at all costs.
I made an order for customized cookies on the basis of an instagram add she posted, when I received the cookies they were nothing like what was advertised. She basically just printed images on the cookies and not the individually iced cookies as advertised on her page. Such a big let down for my son’s party.
scammers! after a horrible experience with them last year I decided to give them an another as their online booking system is so simple to use, but once again I've been burnt. I got overcharged for 2 deliveries and I was given a voucher for the excess amount, the voucher never worked! and I have been waiting months for a refund. Not receiving any response from the finance team. I feel scammed
The owner is forever threatening to destroy small businesses who dont "cooperate". She treats customers as if she is the only one in SA who can supply silicon moulds and thus everyone must tolerate her abuse. Just go through the business facebook pictures and you will see how she arrogantly posts her terrible customer service as if to warn future customer that they must tolerate such trash service. She is very unresponsive when you follow up on your orders that take weeks to arrive, and when she does she is rude and tells you about her mental health issues. Also a quick scroll on her facebook page shows she is very racist and speaks horribly about Chinese people and their products. Rather order your moulds from the Chinese people she hate or fine more professional alternatives on facebook.
They are the most unreliable courier company in SA. My packages were sent to the wrong address and the customer service team specifically some guy called Shannon is so rude, has zero customer relations and blames all issues on the customer and hangs up. They give you refund coupons that don't work and never respond to emails regarding refunds. If you have an urgent thing to courier rather use a well-established brand like aramex who have professional staff and will ensure swift delivery.
My order arrived a whole month late, and when it arrived it was the wrong hair length and horrible quality. Contacted the page regarding the error of the wig length and got block on social media. Theres a reason why they turned off their comments. 0/10 would not recommend
The owner has zero customer service. She is rude and so unprofessional. She frequently attacks customers and lies about the delivery dates. I have nothing positive to say about this business. If you order from them be prepared to deal with high level ignorance and incompetence. Would review their products but i haven't received my order
So these guys had a Black Friday sale and I ordered our wedding album from them. I uploaded the pictures last night and there was an error so some of the pages didn’t upload but because the sale ended yesterday I completed the order and immediately emailed them to tell them there was an error on their website. At 8pm! They responded by saying it’s too late the book is already in production, it doesn’t even have a freakin cover. After sending more emails and calling they still refused to assist me in anyway. I didn't even want a refund I just needed them allow me to upload the missing pics. Worst customer service ever.
