Terrible customer service!
The owner is forever threatening to destroy small businesses who dont "cooperate". She treats customers as if she is the only one in SA who can supply silicon moulds and thus everyone must tolerate her abuse. Just go through the business facebook pictures and you will see how she arrogantly posts her terrible customer service as if to warn future customer that they must tolerate such trash service. She is very unresponsive when you follow up on your orders that take weeks to arrive, and when she does she is rude and tells you about her mental health issues. Also a quick scroll on her facebook page shows she is very racist and speaks horribly about Chinese people and their products.
Rather order your moulds from the Chinese people she hate or fine more professional alternatives on facebook.

21 Apr 2022, 17:45Assume you are the person who didn’t have money to order October/November and waited until 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day (which is on the same day every year the past 1,527 years) to place your order but FAILED to communicate your intentions “to create gift bags for Valentine’s (FIY: you do that at least 3-6 MONTHS in advance). As stated on our invoices - procedures are clearly set out in order for clients to understand how the process works. If deadlines are NOT communicated BEFORE placing an order we can’t place other clients’ (who’ve ordered BEFORE you) orders on hold to accommodate yours on short notice. Had you stated you needed it in such a short time period your order would have been REJECTED as we had multiple orders for the same items at the time.
(Said items removed from our catalogue as the absolute immature nonsense we had to deal with since we’ve launched the torsos are beyond mind blowing - something about these naked female figures triggering bizarre behavior).
You were also offered MY moulds on a loan basis which you’ve declined as wasting R99.99 which would have been paid by me, not you. You then continued to accuse me of destroying your business and your income etc. Lack of planning and communication on your side is NOT my responsibility.
***There’s a difference between being racist and stating we’re not importing cheap Chinese moulds. The latter is for those who assume “handmade local moulds” can be bought for R30. Nothing to do with race - everything to do with PRICE. Pathetic cheap shot trying to turn it into a racist thing.
