I bought a car from Opel. My car started showing engine issues and Its under Warranty - My car was taken to a dealer as prescribed but my car has been kept at the Dealer for more than a week as Opel is not responding to the dealer. The dealer has followed up numerous times to the ticket and Opel has not responded. The whole week i had to fend for myself for transportation and a lot of money has been spent - After numerous attempt to get mobility - 7 days later, I was contacted that Mobility has been arranged, however i have to pay a deposit of R 2 500 and an optional daily rate of R 35 for insurance of the tyres, windscreen and third party. I have told Opel I do not have the funds as mobility had been arranged to start with, I would have come up with it , And I was told that's not their problem - They will not assist with the deposit and Platform still hasn't responded to the ticket lodged by the Dealer. So as it stands, my car will be with the dealer until OPEL decides to respond and in the meantime, my children and I will be without a vehicle and continue suffering for transportation and paying cab rates for people to give us lifts. I have communicated with OPELSA , via email, telephonically and Instagram and they have showed little to no care with the situation.
