Opera Mini Shake and Win contest

Is Opera Mini Shake and Win contest is a scam?

I've not received any of the cash prizes I won on 25 and 27 November 2022. On their website they claim it takes up to 7 days to process claims. All the cash prizes and puzzle pieces I have won since the contest started in November 2022, have disappeared from my profile. It shows I haven't won any prizes yet. Only the puzzle pieces from 8 December appears on my profile.

I sent an e-mail to sw-help@opera.com on 5 December 2022 re the cash prizes I won, but only received an automated response.

So is this just a marketing scam to get people to use their app?
