I received excellent service from Bright Packaging & Raw Materials SA. My telephone calls were answered courteously and all my questions answered. My e-mails were promptly answered by Lerato. I recently purchased products and I couldn’t be happier with my online shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the items. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly, within two days of placing it. All the products arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Bright Packaging again in the future. Highly recommended!
Is Opera Mini Shake and Win contest is a scam? I've not received any of the cash prizes I won on 25 and 27 November 2022. On their website they claim it takes up to 7 days to process claims. All the cash prizes and puzzle pieces I have won since the contest started in November 2022, have disappeared from my profile. It shows I haven't won any prizes yet. Only the puzzle pieces from 8 December appears on my profile. I sent an e-mail to sw-help@opera.com on 5 December 2022 re the cash prizes I won, but only received an automated response. So is this just a marketing scam to get people to use their app?
I sent TFG Customer Services an e-mail on 3 December ’19 – Subject: Pathetic Service. It’s now 9 December ’19 and I’ve not had the courtesy of a response, not even an automated response. I sent an enquiry via their website on 5 December ’19, to which I’ve also not had a response. I then called Customer Services on 6 December ’19 to ask if I could have the business e-mail address of the person who heads the Customer Services dept. and was “politely” told by Nazrene that they are not allowed to give out the information – I did not ask for personal information. So…. TFG’s Managers are not accessible to their customers? She then said she would call a Team leader to assist me but after holding on for a considerable time I dropped the call. I thought by now someone would at least call back or respond to my e-mail but it’s clear they couldn’t care less. I will now forward my e-mail to where it will matter and action will be taken.
