I actually have no complaints about Bright Packaging themselves — they’re a great company. Reliable, good communication, and solid product quality. They’ve always delivered what they promised. My only frustration is the courier company they use — Internet Express — which has been a complete nightmare. You can’t track your parcel properly, no one knows who’s handling it, and trying to get an update from them is like chasing smoke. It’s honestly shocking service, and it reflects badly on Bright Packaging even though it’s not their fault. If Bright Packaging switched to a better courier, I’d happily give them 5 stars. But until they do, they’re being dragged down by a delivery partner that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience.

I actually have no complaints about Bright Packaging themselves — they’re a great company. Reliable, good communication, and solid product quality. They’ve always delivered what they promised. Good day Hope this email finds you well. I was at your store at 12:00 till 12:30. Your staff was assisting me, while chatting about birth control and one of them advising the other to get a new boyfriend that drives a luxury car to buy them lunch because the Range owner is not coming through for them. I noticed that when I made my initial payment, she recorded it as an EFT. And the second was recorded as cash payment and she tried to hide the screen from me during the initial payment. That is a tactic used to ***** money as I’ve noted in some of the businesses I’m involved in. On my second purchase, they didn’t inform me that it is crystal clear that the product is no longer in stock. They let me sit on the table for 5 minutes busy on their screens until I had to ask to confirm that it isn’t in stock. I would expect one of them to come forward to the table to inform me that Olivem 1000 is really out of stock and ask me if there’s anything else I needed so I can complete my purchase. A white man came in, they way nicer, smiling and having a conversation with him. For black ladies, they portrayed internalised ******. As I am a black women myself. This behaviour is unacceptable and has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will take this to all other platforms including hello Peter and Google reviews, because it’s not the first time that I experience this type of service. Which is terrible.

I received excellent service from Bright Packaging & Raw Materials SA. My telephone calls were answered courteously and all my questions answered. My e-mails were promptly answered by Lerato. I recently purchased products and I couldn’t be happier with my online shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the items. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order promptly, within two days of placing it. All the products arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described on their website. I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Bright Packaging again in the future. Highly recommended!
