Hope this email finds you well. I was at your store at 12:00 till 12:30. Your staff was assisting me, while chatting about birth control and one of them advising the other to get a new boyfriend that drives a luxury car to buy them lunch because the Range owner is not coming through for them.
I noticed that when I made my initial payment, she recorded it as an EFT. And the second was recorded as cash payment and she tried to hide the screen from me during the initial payment. That is a tactic used to ***** money as I’ve noted in some of the businesses I’m involved in.
On my second purchase, they didn’t inform me that it is crystal clear that the product is no longer in stock. They let me sit on the table for 5 minutes busy on their screens until I had to ask to confirm that it isn’t in stock. I would expect one of them to come forward to the table to inform me that Olivem 1000 is really out of stock and ask me if there’s anything else I needed so I can complete my purchase.
A white man came in, they way nicer, smiling and having a conversation with him. For black ladies, they portrayed internalised ******. As I am a black women myself.
This behaviour is unacceptable and has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will take this to all other platforms including hello Peter and Google reviews, because it’s not the first time that I experience this type of service. Which is terrible.
