Good day Hope this email finds you well. I was at your store at 12:00 till 12:30. Your staff was assisting me, while chatting about birth control and one of them advising the other to get a new boyfriend that drives a luxury car to buy them lunch because the Range owner is not coming through for them. I noticed that when I made my initial payment, she recorded it as an EFT. And the second was recorded as cash payment and she tried to hide the screen from me during the initial payment. That is a tactic used to ***** money as I’ve noted in some of the businesses I’m involved in. On my second purchase, they didn’t inform me that it is crystal clear that the product is no longer in stock. They let me sit on the table for 5 minutes busy on their screens until I had to ask to confirm that it isn’t in stock. I would expect one of them to come forward to the table to inform me that Olivem 1000 is really out of stock and ask me if there’s anything else I needed so I can complete my purchase. A white man came in, they way nicer, smiling and having a conversation with him. For black ladies, they portrayed internalised ******. As I am a black women myself. This behaviour is unacceptable and has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will take this to all other platforms including hello Peter and Google reviews, because it’s not the first time that I experience this type of service. Which is terrible.
They have a ***ual connotation on their Ads which isn’t appreciated at all. I’m supine one has called them out on it yet. It’s disgusting.
I don’t appreciate the ***ual connotation they display on their ads. It’s explicit content and not family friendly. I’m surprised they have not been called out on it.
I notified the Agent and her manager that I will be working from home who gave me the keys to the apartment and the tour to the apartment. Upon signing the contract I told them that I will be working from home because I saw that it is a clause there. Their senior manager Jan decided to create a bogus inspection and the sent his assistant to come do the inspection instead of a contractor as stated on the contract. She comes in looks around and leaves. It's a new building with many faults but no inspected. Instead Jan can and disrespected us in front of our clients and we didn't respond. He said we should meet him and we did. At the meeting he said to us that we have 3 options, to stop working, to leave or they'll evict us. We were not going to leave because if we did, we'd owe them 2 months rent. They chose to evict us. In that meeting we discovered that they new that we were working from home and they gave us nonsense excuses such as the monitoring of guests coming in and out so I caught them that they made up the inspection and staff. In the contract it states that we can have a letter to grant us permission to work from home so they chose to evict us instead of giving us that letter regardless of the fact that I informed them. Now that I'm leaving, they want us to pay for paint on the wall because of hand stains and want to my deposit. I refused to sign because I have lost two days of work because of their incompetence. Mind you our business is one client at a time and we are not even noisy we don't even play music. We didn't bother anyone. In fact our neighbours didn't even know we were running a business. I want all my money. I lost two days of work moving. Now they want to take my deposit because of dirty walls when they have a cleaning team? I don't think so.
I sent out a pakgage previous Monday from Midrand to Alberton. The receiver hasn’t gotten it. The drivers are impatient to get into the complex because the queue is long and they do not bother to contact the receiver. She lives next to the gate she can go out and collect it. Now I want them to return the pakgage but they want to bill me yet they are incompetent. I want my package back.
They pretend to help me after my last review. Let me contact the Omburds. This is getting out of hand! Remove my name from your system, update it on the bureau! My debt has prescribed! I have not spoken to you in over 3 years!
I paid Telkom off by the 5th and asked for proof of payment. I keep being taken from pillar to post! They won’t even update is on the bureau! They literally ignore me or give me one excuses!
I have not spoken to an MBD personal in many year, over 3 years. However this year I saw that in 2020 September there was an update on the bureau. I try to calm them send them email, they're not picking up or getting back to me. Instead they keep updating that they spoke to me on the bureau. I know this is what they do because they did it to my friend. Updating the bureau without having spoken to her. They're ruining our lives!
I send my phone for repairs on the 13th of September. A week later I paid the excess that was asked of me and they told me that the phone will be available to me after 7 working days. It's been over 14 days I still don't have my phone. When I ask Cell C claims they tell me that they cannot get hold of repairs. That's all they're telling me. Today I went to Cell C in Mall of Africa, which is the store where I dropped of my phone for repairs. A lady here told me that I would have to sit and wait for someone who was handling my query to assist me because they can't assist me because I don't have my ID or an SMS I was supposed to get which I didn't get. I am paying for a phone I don't have, I am not using.
It's been a whole two weeks since iKhokha sent my parcel to Ram. To this day I don't have my parcel. They don't communicate availability time with you. A guy called Shayisani told me that they don't use GPRS when he went to an incorrect address and left my parcel behind two days in a row on purpose. His attitude stinks but it wasn't as worse as Sphiwe who called me to bully me at 07:24 telling me things I told Shayisani. This made me break down because it is affecting my business and puts me at risk! This company doesn't even have a working customer service number. I have to communicate with them via iKhokha.
