I actually have no complaints about Bright Packaging themselves — they’re a great company. Reliable, good communication, and solid product quality. They’ve always delivered what they promised. My only frustration is the courier company they use — Internet Express — which has been a complete nightmare. You can’t track your parcel properly, no one knows who’s handling it, and trying to get an update from them is like chasing smoke. It’s honestly shocking service, and it reflects badly on Bright Packaging even though it’s not their fault. If Bright Packaging switched to a better courier, I’d happily give them 5 stars. But until they do, they’re being dragged down by a delivery partner that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Internet Express has been the worst courier experience I’ve ever had. We’ve been trying to receive a simple parcel since Monday, and to this day, no one at the company can tell us where it is, who has it, or when it will arrive. Their tracking system is useless, and every time you call, the staff sound as lost as the parcel. They claim to have “handed it to a third party,” but can’t even say which one. No accountability, no transparency, no service. It’s astonishing that a company operating under the name Internet Express seems to have no functional tracking, no communication system, and no control over their own deliveries. If reliability matters to you — or if you’d like to actually receive what you paid to ship — stay far away from Internet Express. You’ll save yourself the stress, wasted time, and disbelief at how poorly this company is run.
